This website, www.ateliierdesoul.com, is operated by Ateliier De Soul (“we”, “us”), a bespoke tailoring house located in Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
- Details you give us — when you fill in an enquiry or booking form, book an appointment, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you include in your message (for example measurements, garment preferences, or event dates).
- Usage data collected automatically — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange fittings and appointments, and provide our tailoring services.
- To keep records of your measurements and preferences so we can serve you on return visits.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising (see Cookies below).
We may contact you about your order or appointment by phone, email or WhatsApp. We will only send marketing messages where permitted, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

- Google Ads — measuring visits and enquiries that come from our advertising.

Sharing
